Quick N Easy Pesto
From Juliet
2 cups
Basil Leaves
1 cup
Cheese (Parmesan or Reggiano)
¼ cup
Pine Nuts
¼ cup
Walnuts
3-4
Cloves of Garlic
½ cup
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Heat and eat.
