Caribbean Marinade

oil (any kind you like)
1/4 cup
fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon
grated lemon peel
1 Tablespoon
paparika
1 Tablespoon
honey
1 Teaspoon
garlic salt
1 Teaspoon
fresh ginger
1 Tablespoon
fresh Basil (or oregano)
1/4 Teaspoon
hot pepper sauce
Marinade from 30 min. to overnight in the refrigerator. Grill and serve.
(enough for 6 large breasts or up to 1.5 lbs. / 680 grams)
