Brandied Orange Fondue

Lbs/oz g/kg  
8 oz 225 g Plain chocolate
¼ pint 150 ml Fresh orange juice
1 tbsp 1 tbsp Arrowroot
1 tsp 1 tsp Grated orange rind
2 tsp 2 tsp Brandy

Melt the chocolate in a pan over a low heat.
Blend in the orange juice and arrow root and slowly add to the melted chocolate until thickened.
Add grated rind and the brandy, place onto a fondue burner and serve.
Good with dessert choux pastry or profiteroles with cream dipped in the fondue.
