| ¼ pint | 150 ml | Fresh orange juice |
| 1 tbsp | 1 tbsp | Arrowroot |
| 1 tsp | 1 tsp | Grated orange rind |
| 2 tsp | 2 tsp | Brandy |
Melt the chocolate in a pan over a low heat. Blend in the orange juice and arrow root and slowly add to the melted chocolate until thickened. Add grated rind and the brandy, place onto a fondue burner and serve. Good with dessert choux pastry or profiteroles with cream dipped in the fondue. |
